Anant Chaturdashi 2026

Anant Chaturdashi is an important Hindu festival observed on the Chaturdashi (14th day) of the Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada. The day is traditionally associated with worship of Lord Vishnu in his Ananta form and the tying of the sacred Anant Sutra. In Maharashtra and several other regions, Anant Chaturdashi is also associated with the conclusion of the 10-day Ganesh festival. Devotees participate in prayers, cultural celebrations, processions, and Ganesh Visarjan, symbolically bidding farewell to Lord Ganesha.
